Beautiful Japanese Dance
I don't understand Japanese art or music, but that only adds to the beauty of it. I love all forms of art, some more than others, still every expression pleasing or displeasing is an opening meant to be viewed.
Even a bird sings, they also decorate and look for pleasing colors. I'm sure every living thing does that too. It's just that they might not want to share the experiences with you or possibly you are unable to even hear those frequencies.
Below is a dance set in a dream-scape. I have no idea what it's about except to me it is pleasing to watch and the sounds of the music is very charming.
If you know the name of this piece please tell me.
Nah, I just figgered it out...
It's about strawberries...bees, flies, a one-eyed fatso dummy that wants to eat all the strawberries. This big dummy is also very lazy, he just wants to kill all the bees the easy way with poison. The strawberries see this beginning to happen and they try to defend the bees because They love them. After all it is the bee that pollinates the plants to give them life. Now big dummy is getting very angry and begins picking some and washing them in a bath so he can eat them. Two are in the tub cleaned off and naked ready to be rinsed so they can be cooked in a cake when the bees come inside and see this. The strawberries become ashamed that they should be seen naked and being prepared to be eaten by the bees that they love so much. The bees report back to the rest of the strawberries about what the cook really has planned and t6heir friendship strengthens.
In the end through all the efforts and naive concerns only the ants get to eat!
There are 100's more references made. The foolishness of man kind not to accept the balances of nature. The willingness of the plants and bees along with other insects to work with nature and the need for better understandings about the things that nature (God) has given us, because if we don't there will not be anymore left pretty soon.
I like this story and see that it is very educational.

Early Life and Career
Born in Harlem, New York, her father was African-American Shakespearean actor, Bill Robinson, and her mother Marianne was a folk singer billed as Jolly Robinson. Vicki Sue Robinson spent most of her early years being raised in Philadelphia returning with her family to New York City when she was ten. She had given her first public performance in 1960 at the age of six, when she accompanied her mother on stage at the Philadelphia Folk Festival. Ten years later, at the age of sixteen, Robinson made her professional performing debut when she joined the Broadway cast of the musical Hair. Robinson remained with Hair for six weeks moving to a new Broadway production Soon, whose cast included Peter Allen, Barry Bostwick, Nell Carter and Richard Gere.
After the show's short run Robinson appeared in the off-Broadway play Long Time Coming, Long Time Gone in which she and Richard Gere played Mimi and Richard Farina. New York magazine opined Robinson "sings with gentle power, accompanying herself on guitar and dulcimer, and moves with astounding confidence." [1]
Robinson also had bit parts in the films Going Home (1971) and To Find A Man (1972). After a sojourn in Japan Robinson returned to Broadway in 1973 joining the cast of Jesus Christ Superstar.
Robinson made her recording debut as one of several Hair veterans invited to sing background on Todd Rundgren's Something, Anything album released in 1972. In 1973 she spent time in Japan with Itsuro Shimoda with whom she did session work on his album Love Songs and Lamentations and toured nationally.
Turn the Beat Around
In 1975 Robinson was providing vocals at a New York recording session for the album Many Sunny Places by Scott Fagan a singer she'd performed with in Greenwich Village clubs. Warren Schatz, a producer/engineer affiliated with RCA was struck by Robinson's voice and saw her potential as a disco-oriented artist. Schatz invited Robinson to cut some demos including a remake of the Foundations' "Baby Now That I've Found You" which became Robinson's first solo release. Despite that track's failure, RCA green-lit Schatz's producing Robinson's debut album Never Gonna Let You Go. The title cut - a Schatz original - became a #10 disco hit but another album track: "Turn the Beat Around" began to build "buzz" and was expediently released as a single: topping the disco charts on March 20 1976 "Turn the Beat Around" broke on Top 40 radio in Boston in May almost immediately topping the charts there. Despite failure to crack the major markets of New York City and Los Angeles "Turn the Beat Around" reached the U.S. Top 10 in August, overall spending some six months on the Billboard Hot 100 and propelling the Never Gonna Let You Go album to #49. "Turn the Beat Around" would chart internationally reaching #14 in Canada [2], #44 in France [3], #11 in the Netherlands and #12 in South Africa. The track would earn Robinson a nomination for a Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.

This band invented it's own style. When I first heard them in the early 1970's I tried hard not to like them because I hadn't yet figured them out. I'm glad I lost that fight because now over the years their music has relaxed me, given me many a smile and helped me get a kiss from a date outside at night under the stars.
Before I go on to the newer posts here are some of my earlier, the titles of the post are links to those posts also. My second post ever on this blog was called "Bhodisatva" It has many different spelling to the name like "Bodhisattva or Bhodisatva", but they all mean the same thing. It is a fantastic dance done entirely by deaf people and I don't care who you are or what your sge is, if you watch it it will blow you away.
The oher previous post is called "Black Cow". I like the way he dumps her in that song. I think he autta get back with her an dump her again an make another good song like that one from the experience. He could even call it "Big black cow pt 2". Good idea, right???

Gdańsk is situated at the mouth of the Motława River, connected to the Leniwka, a branch in the delta of the nearby Vistula River, whose waterway system supplies 60% of the area of Poland and connects Gdańsk to the national capital in Warsaw. This gives the city a unique advantage as the center of Poland's sea trade. Together with the nearby port of Gdynia, Gdańsk is also an important industrial center. Historically an important seaport and shipbuilding center, Gdańsk was a member of the Hanseatic League.
The city was the birthplace of the Solidarity movement which, under the leadership of Gdańsk political activist Lech Wałęsa, played a major role in bringing an end to Communist rule across Central Europe. Names
The city's name is thought to originate from the Gdania river,[2] the original name of the Motława branch on which the city is situated. Gdańsk and Gdania are considered to be derivations from the Gothic name of the area (Gutiskandja),[3] however this has also been questioned.[4] Like many other Central European cities, Gdańsk has had many different names throughout its history.
The name Gdańsk is usually pronounced /ɡəˈdɑːnsk/, sometimes /ɡəˈdaɪnsk/ or /ɡəˈdænsk/, in English. The diacritic over the "n" is frequently omitted by non-Poles. In the local Kashubian language it is known as Gduńsk.
The Germanised version of this name, Danzig, has been used by the German population, as well as in English[5] until the end of World War II. Other former English versions of its name include Dantzig, Dantsic, and Dantzic. The city's Latin name may be given as either Gedania, Gedanum or Dantiscum; the variety of Latin names reflects the mixed influence of the city's Polish, German and Kashubian heritage.
The name of a settlement was recorded after St. Adalbert's demise in 997 A.D. as urbs Gyddanyzc and later was written as Kdanzk (1148), Gdanzc (1188), Danceke[6] (1228), Gdansk (1236), Danzc (1263), Danczk (1311, 1399, 1410, 1414-1438), Danczik (1399, 1410, 1414), Danczig (1414), Gdansk (1454, 1468, 1484), Gdansk (1590), Gdąnsk (1636) and in Latin documents Gedanum or Dantiscum.

On special occasions it is also known as The Royal Polish City of Gdańsk (Polish: Królewskie Polskie Miasto Gdańsk, Latin: Regia Civitas Polonica Gedanensis, Kashubian: Królewsczi Polsczi Gard Gduńsk).[7][8][9]
The Kashubians prefer the name: Our Capital City Gdańsk (Nasz Stoleczny Gard Gduńsk) or The Kashubian Capital City Gdańsk (Stoleczny Kaszëbsczi Gard Gduńsk).
